We had Craig and Jake remove our old split system and replace it. They were fast, friendly, professional, and small-child-with-lots-of-questions friendly! A pleasure to have in our home. They removed the old system and installed the new one including patching up some extra holes from the older bigger system and rolling some paint on over the top. They left the place clean and cool in super fast time! Highly recommend The Heating and Cooling Company. So nice to get professional job done at a competitive rate by lovely people.

I would like to thank The Heating & Cooling Company for an outstanding customer service and the professional diagnostics with quick solution tendered on my short notice evaporative cooling system repair.I made a quick phone call to the Company and they quickly managed to have the technicians come through within hours, this was due to availability of course which I was fortunate on the day. We had Craig and Jake from The Heating and Cooling Company arriving on time, Craig quickly asked me what seems to be the problem and while i was explaining Jake was already on my roof dismantling the unit in 35 degree heat. The boys quickly diagnose the problem with their equipment and advised it was going to be an expensive repair. I agreed on the repair, unfortunately they did not have the part with them so Jake agreed to come the next day to install the component on a 42 degree day, Craig wanted to make sure that we wouldn't go without cooling as it was going to be very hot in the next few days.The next day Jake calls to advise he will be a little late and I said no problem, when your ready come through. We he arrived he advised me that they did a process of elimination of my repair and brought two specific components that might hopefully help with the cost of my repair. In conclusion, Jake successfully repaired the evaporative cooling unit using the alternative component which cost me a lot less than originally advised. I was over the moon and really appreciative of the out come and my unit is running like new.These guys are professional techs and demonstrated above board customer service and were very diligent and honest in there work. I recently hired The heating and cooling company to do a whole house system (, a/c & ducts) for me in a remodel I was doing.Craig came out right away to give me an estimate, which was competitive with the other contractors I interviewed. I chose The heating and cooling company based on the system recommendations that Craig made and his professionalism.Craig, my installer was professional, courteous and took the time to explain any questions I had with the calm ease that I would ascribe to someone very knowledgeable in their work.The heating and cooling company pleasantly surprised me by adding in a vent to a bathroom where I thought I'd have to do supplementary heat due to difficulty in running a trunk to the room.They did a great job and I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a good heating/air con company

I arranged a booking over the phone and the tech arrived within the time frame the next day. I was advised that the heater only needed a service, which was performed on the day. This company have a very helpful attitude. From my initial phone call, where I was panicking about being cold with a new baby at home, the office person assured me they would find time to fit us in asap, and worked out a suitable time for the tech to come out the very next morning. Jake advised me he had the part needed on hand, and my heater was repaired that morning. I was pleasantly surprised by how polite and professional my experience with The Heating & Cooling company was overall. Well done.

Paid for our system to be serviced, next day the A/C didn’t work.We called someone else to look at it and they said that we got ripped off because we really needed a new system.

We contacted this company to arrange a service of our air-conditioning which had been neglected over many years. They set a time and said they would sms when on the way.....and they did. Turned up on time. Two young trades extremely polite and friendly and really knew their stuff. Told us all was good fully serviced the system but no intervention required. Great service great people
