My sales consultant was Jason Kim and he was one of the best! I would recommend him to anyone. He made me feel very comfortable with my sales purchase and did not pressure me into a deal I didn’t feel comfortable doing. The atmosphere/energy surrounding the KIA dealership was so welcoming that I knew I made the right decision choosing KIA for my business vehicle.

We purchased our Seltos recently from Cameron. His professional and friendly service was exceptional, an experience that you seldom experience these days. Sam in finance also went above and beyond to ensure we were able to pick up the car within a week. We highly recommend the team, other Kia dealers we visited could do with some professional development experience from these guys.

I went to Kia while comparing vehicles with more than 7 seats from various brands.I was surprised that the details of the Korean car were so good, and the staff (Mr.Cameron) was so kind and nice that I had no choice but to buy a carnival.The upgraded Kia logo is so luxurious that all new car buyers strongly recommend going to Mr. Cameron to buy it.

I recently had a very negative experience with my almost new car SELTOS and this KIA dealer that sold it to me. Not only did my car put my safety at risk, but this dealer's customer service was also appalling.While making a simple U-turn, I found myself in a dangerous situation due to the car's lack of safety features. When I put the gear in reverse, there was no response from the engine, and the car started moving forward instead of backward since it was positioned on a slope. This almost caused a collision with the car in front of me, which could have had catastrophic consequences. Even when I checked the gear and confirmed that it was in reverse, there was still no engine sound on acceleration. This lack of response from the car's engine is a serious safety concern that should not be ignored.Despite the danger I experienced, this dealer's customer service was no better. When I tried to book an inspection, I was told that there were no available slots for two weeks, leaving me without transportation for that period. This is unacceptable considering that my car was still under warranty and almost brand new.To make matters worse, when I finally dropped my car off for repair, I was informed that the parts needed to fix the car had to be imported from Korea, and it would take 4 to 5 weeks for the parts to arrive. This is an incredibly unreasonable long time to wait for the repair and puts me in a very inconvenient position. Adding insult to injury, the dealer did not offer me a courtesy car as a replacement, and I was left stranded with no means of transportation. I had to work from home, can't go to the gym anymore, do my usual shopping & other things that I cannot do without a car.In conclusion, I strongly advise against purchasing this car, as it has severe safety issues, and the dealer's customer service is unsatisfactory. My experience with this dealer has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I urge anyone considering buying a car from them to reconsider.

I would like to say, one of the best experiences I have had purchasing a car.Alain, who was my car dealer, adhered to all my requests, was polite, friendly and helped get me an amazing deal on my Stinger, answering all questions whilst managing to have the car delivered with in 2 weeks.As for Habi, the finance manager, was able to get me a 2% finance on the vehicle, approved within minutes, with amazing service and a friendly smile.You both deserve a pat on the back and will definitely be back.P.S LOVE THE CAR

I was told when I bought my car it was approximately a 9 month wait. So, I was happy when I received a call last week to say that my car had arrived, and was ready to be picked up. The process was very quick and easy thanks Alain, Sam and Ebony!Definitely would recommend these guys to anyone.
