My sister bought a Frenach Gateau cake for my mogher’s birthday, and it was absolutely delicious. The cake, cream and fruit were equally fresh and all who had a slice were impressed with the overall quality of the cake. Even more pleasing was the price! The whole cake cost less than I’ve paid for half a cake in the past when I’ve gone elsewhere, and given the Greta quality of the cake and all the ingredients, this was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely support this business again the future.

Bought Ricotta Almond baked cheesecake - half as full was too much for 2. Disappointed - cake was dry probably took a much earlier baked cake that would have been sitting in their shelves inside for many days and moreover half was lesser than half- will not buy at this branch

Last night visited the store 8pm to be told the cake will not be fresh for my event the following night. But to come back next day. So I did . Stood in the store waiting so I called out for help to be greeting by the most unpleasant and disrespectful individual who looked at me as if to say What do you want? Wow felt sick just talking to her .she had no care or concern. Told me the cheesecake was unavailable and out of stock. I was so glad to leave without saying another word. There was no way in hell I was buying anything else today or ever. Check your cameras owner. Not me but your trash of staff who have no manners or customer service. I took a long drive to Merrylands to a cake shop where I was treated and greeted with respect. Never again. Will I step in your store or recommend your shop to anyone.Infact you don't even deserve a star.

Cookie Dough NY Style Baked Cheese Cake.. This is a rich, sweet creamy cheese cake with cookie dough mixed within the cheese cake. Sweet because of the choc chip cookie dough being sweeter than when it's baked biscuits.I usually have them cut the cheese cake in half for me as its easier to cut through... as the cookie dough & biscuit base may be slightly frozen when picked up. I would leave the cake out to defrost for an hour or two, & then it becomes easier to slice.. Once defrosted it is perfect... If they had added more choc fudge drizzle on the top & sides of cheese cake it would be even better as the choc fudge drizzle works well to balance the rich sour cream & rich creamy cheese taste to the NY Style baked cheese cake.Also check biscuit base edges of cheese cake for small pieces of baking paper still stuck on the edge of cake base, to remove before serving.

We bought three cakes from this shop and poor packaging ruined the tags. It was so embarrassing to have the cakes without tags in front of 130 guests as we had three celebrations along with our parents’ anniversary and a birthday.

They have pavlova listed on the uber. But they NEVER have it. I have tried ordering it like 20 times in last 6 months and they accept and cancel everything. Just take it off your menu if you don't have it.One star for my experience at this place.Edit: did not know it was a slave cake when I ordered. I will stop trying to order the slave cake.

Ordered via uber eats, cake looks amazing. A little anxious after having read the reviews, but will update if taste doesn't match the look.Box was a little messy on the inside and would love to be able to order quarter cakes (even if that meant a smaller selection, and having to buy a whole cake" worth of quarters

My colleague picked up a marble mud cake to celebrate my birthday in the office in early Sept. The cake tasted beautiful.

Wow where do I start went there Greenacre store ordered a Carmel cake asked for it to be freshly made 5 min later out she came with cake couple hours later was at a family function where everyone brang some sweets they cut the cake open and it had mould inside yes mould I was pulled to the side and shown the cake before everyone could see it and I was absolutely shocked, I couldn't believe it I went back and returned it the next morning got a refund told them what I thought of the business and how much they embarrassed the hell out of me never going back there again and I'd advise anyone else from going there

Best cake ever and costumer service but there is the tiniest room ever to get the cake I’m always squished with some random person and don’t even get me started on the parking
