It is my opinion that this company put my family at risk of fire.I’ve tried in vain to ask this manufacturer to help me with their product is making a constant sizzling noise. My built-in microwave has a design fault that causes steam together inside it and the electrical components become wet. I called my own electrician to disconnect the unit that I paid $749 for. It turns out that it is a typical under $100 cheap Chinese microwave with a surround bracket she converted to built-in that would appear not to have proper airflow. It is marketed under the name Baumatic and as a result, I never saw the dreadful reviews for purchase. The electrician confirmed the unit is a fire risk. Thank you, Glendimplex for putting my entire family and Home at risk

I'd like to start by saying that I don't enjoy leaving bad review, but I really feel that this one is needed since I don't understand how in 2021 there can still be such a bad customer service experienceMy euromaid washing machine (6 months old) had a leaking problem and, since still under warranty, called Glen Dimplex (the company written on the warranty) to organise a technician to come out and get it fixed. From here a journey started...It took me 2 weeks to organise a day because apparently every time you call them (and hold on the line for a food 20 minutes) the availability they have is very limited and even when you manage to fix a day, the window of time they give you is anytime between 8 am and 5 pm, so basically you need to take the day off from work (never found another company that gives you such a long window)So the day comes and the technician, after staying 5 minutes, didn't find anything and left.The machine still leaked and I took more picture so, eventually after many phone calls, time wasted holding the line, days waiting for someone to call me back and also people telling me that if they come out and I'm gonna waste the technicians' time again" it wont be covered by the warranty so you'll get charged

I was meant to have my oven fixed 5 weeks ago. The guy came and said he would order the part and call us to install which would take approx one week. 5 weeks later I have called several times not being able to get through, sent two emails complaining and had no reply. Absolutely horrible customer service I would not recommend this brand to anyone!And I’m still waiting for my oven to be fixed!

If I could leave half a star I would! I can’t believe the terrible customer service. We have been without our oven for almost 2 months and each time we call we’re on hold for almost an hour then get disconnected. We can’t get an update on if and when the oven can be repaired. DO NOT BUY FROM GLEN DIMPLEX if you are considering it!

Shocking third world service is all I can say.I would give it a minus star if I could.After nearly a month of waiting and still no clear indication of when they'll come to fix the rangehood,and this is after I've paid upfront for the part and labour.No one at customer service know when they will get the job done,just keeping you waiting.

Worst service ever with glen dimplex , this is 7 months now glen dimplex fail to fix my cooktop after five technician visits my place and i wouldn't recommend technika to anybody bad experience with cooktop and oven .

Do not buy appliances from Glen Dimplex - if it breaks they will not fix it for you. I paid Glen Dimplex to repair an issue with my Belling oven that came with the house we purchased. The repair did not fix the issue and when I tried to follow this up, they told me I had to buy another new part from them and install it myself. They refused to make another service call. I have reported them to Consumer Affairs Victoria.

We had our freestanding over recently and unfortunately oven handle came off from one side which cause crack on front glass. I have contacted Glen Dimplex Australia and dealt with Kate, Gardenia and Layla. Everyone was absolutely amazing, they assess my claim by sending them pictures and rectified it was manufacturer fault. They were clear about the claim process, time frame. The whole process was so smooth. Really good customer service.
