Spotlight Ipswich

Love this store. It's almost like the 2$ shop but a little higher prices and way more variety. Been here with Aunty a couple of times so checked out some thing myself. Pretty much something for everyone too and the staff are pretty friendly.

Good range, good stock levels, great staff, but why does it have to be so difficult to pay and leave the place, the check out is always slow and an absolute mess, goods everywhere and staff that look like they couldn't be bothered being there.

Friendly staff in fabric. Good range.Sparty section has good range but you will wait an age for service there. Pricing could be explained better.

ITS A BIG NO FOR ME TO VISIT THIS STORE AGAIN.Stop saying VIP CUSTOMER" when you want to embarrass them.It's never been pleasure coming to this Ipswich branch.The store does not respect the price that they are advertising.I saw lamps and the sale sticker says "50% of for XXX brand"

Great store located in West Ipswich, Qld. In the same plaza area as TK Max, Chemist Warehouse etc. And is a larger store.The store has an excellent array of items available, everything from a huge amount of arts and craft materials, homewares, rugs and bedding.As with other Spotlight stores, this one has a fantastic amount of almost every fabric you could think of for your personal projects and to help you with those projects, they have an excellent choice of sewing machines, overlockers, buttons, zips, ribbon and clothing patterns to name just a few.Fabric cutting to size is available here at more than one serving station.The store also has a great selection of seasonal items such as Halloween and Christmas.At this point in time, the store has some great catalogue specials and a 30% off sale on a large number of items.Access to the store is excellent being directly off of the main road and shares a large outdoor only car parking area with the other plaza stores.The store does not have public toilets, however, they are available in the plaza area, and are clean.Staff here have always been very friendly and always willing to help and give advice, especially in the fabric department.If you haven't been to this store just yet and are able to, it is certainly worth a visit, you wont be dissapointed.Thank you.

Very reasonably priced wool and a great ramge to choose from. I made this rug for my son for his 30th birthday

I love the products in this store and prices are reasonable. Staff, however, are not friendly. They always look to be stressed and miserable. Have yet to receive a smile from anyone there even when I try to be super friendly. A real put-off!

Great staff and products. However, the click and collect process needs to be reviewed. It took me 30 minutes to collect my items because I had to wait in cues of customers getting fabric cutting at the back of the store. This wait time defeats the purpose of click and collect.

Good store if you know what you want and where to find it. Saturday morning they seemed to be running a skeleton crew. Huge line at checkout with 1 cashier. I needed help with something, walked around the store looking for staff. The one person was busy with another customer. I got sick of waiting so I left
