5 stars isn’t enough to rate the level of ease I’ve had with Hermitage Homes. I’ve seen reviews mentioning that they were very easy to work with and I can tell you know that all those reviews were true!Always ensuring that we are constantly updated with everything revolving our build (alterations to the design, delays, etc). This made me feel very secure knowing that I am up to date with everything that is going on.Highly recommend!!!

We have just moved into our home that was built through Hermitage. We are extremely pleased with the quality of our home and that everything has turned out exactly as envisaged in our initial planning. Winnie always communicated with us on what was happening at our property and sent us photo updates when large milestones occurred which we really appreciated. Bob our site supervisor was fantastic and got us into the home as soon as they could. We are very grateful.Thankyou both and everyone at Hermitage.

We are very happy for choosing Hermitage Homes to build our first home. We were impressed by the quality of the display. Unlike many other builder, Hermitage Homes showed us a display home that was exactly same as the contract. They have a very good collection of designs. Hermitage Home is very fortunate to have such an amazing team working for them. They have been very easy to deal with.

Hermitage Homes
We used Hermitage Homes to build our first house. After all contracts were signed, they were quick to take action. Each project was completed in accordance to schedule (in addition to waiting for the arrival of building materials). Winnie, as the customer service provider, was great and communicated with us clearly. She sent us progress pictures at every stage and for every part of the project, so that we were always in the loop. Dave, the supervisor, was also excellent—he was patient and diligent when answering our questions, and took the time to carefully explain everything that was going on to us. As a whole, we are very satisfied with the results and highly recommend Hermitage Homes Construction Company.

Excellent site supervisor made the entire process worthwhile. He completed my build ahead of the due date by managing trades people well. One area they could work on would be a bit more responsive and not just provide generic non committal responses. Regardless, I would definitely recommend them as a builder.
