Don’t even deserve one star. Terrible customer service. It’s a wonder how these people get jobs. I was told she was just too busy to help me. Coming from a customer service background, that is not a person I would want working for my business, appalling coming from such a reputable company.

Fantastic staff - thanks SO MUCH Charlie for helping us with our duvet cover. Appreciate your service!Loyalty program seems to have genuine benefits (none of that 10,000 points for a $5 voucher business).Store was nicely laid out, with most items colour coordinated. Lots of variety in patterns and textures of bedding - perhaps some less modern styles imo but that makes for a good diversity of product for all tastes. Love our Stonewashed Cotton quilt cover by Home Republic.

Became a Linen Lover member cus of their fantastic service and rewards scheme. Been back 3 times since moving to a new apartment, and have plenty of choice. Never had towels so lovely.

This store is a bit hard to find, I think is a bit hidden, so for those people like me that can't find it, IT'S JUST NEXT TO TARGET! The staff is so nice and helpful and they are open on Thursdays until 9pm

I have been buying my bedroom products in Adairs Broadway for quite a few times, and they always gives me discount plus the quality of the product is always better than I thought. I have bought a 100% natural latex pillow and bed board, they all comfortable and work really well.

Good sized Adairs store on level three, next to Target. They often have great sales and mostly their products are high quality and last a long time. If you join their linen lover" membership

Bedding shop - great range of products you don’t see in other places. Staff where very helpful, relaxed and informative. We got 2 pillows but clearly I need to be a bit more up to date on pillows. Thank you for your help
