This has to be the rudest woman I have had the misfortune of talking to. I rang her to book in a dog groom to which she responded in a rude & condescending manner, if she was not available for phone bookings her ad should have stated she was closed like others do. It’s great that her business is thriving that she can turn away new business. She has no business sense & her people skills are seriously lacking. There’s no need to act like a bush pig lady. Good luck for future endeavours.Seriously no stars

Desley was amazing with my dog. Very professional, more than a pet groomer, this lady knows a lot about animals and gave me some very good advice on some issues i have with my dogs behaviour. Thank you Desley

She was rude and unprofessional. Whilst her dog grooming was average, her mannerisms and attitude were atrocious. Driving past today I saw her yelling at a young lady simply due to parking on the street out the front of her business. I found this unnecessary and would hate for that to happen to my daughter if she was parking there when having to go to a fellow business in the area. This display of arrogance towards the younger members of Noosa when driving safe, not crossing any laws and still remaining seemingly calm and polite, makes you wonder about how the adult members of society are acting. and the impact this woman is having on the other business's around her.
