Terrible service, ordered scales on the 9/12/15 for my Mum for xmas, they informed me they would be in the following week. 3 days until xmas no scales, no courtesy call, now me the customer looks like the bad guy because I'm demanding answers...Just another company willing to take your order but fail to meet there promise!!!Shop online if you want reliability.

Caterworx Bendigo’s customer service is exceptional.I made a purchase over the phone, they were so helpful, the process was quick and easy. I ordered just before midday and the equipment was safely delivered to Sunbury Victoria that afternoon.
