Our Hisense fridge had developed an issue with the fan motor. It was just out of warranty, but the manager was very quick to come out and investigate the same day. He then offered a new fridge if we could pay the difference. Absolutely recommended. Thanks Masterbuy

Interesting reading these reviews. After purchasing a refrigerator today, (at $600 cheaper than the big stores), I can only agree with them. Delivery was like 3 hours after purchase, installed into my kitchen. No fuss, happy sales staff and a great experience all round!

The staff were friendly and helpful giving me assurance for a sale care and warranty.At the time that I came into the store sept 2022, there was a huge amount of stock on the floor with a great variety of different sizes between fridges, freezers, washing machines, dryers, ovens, dishwasher and tvs.Easy access to the store, wheel chair accessible, nice wide isles for wheelchair viewing.Plenty of payment options offering zip pay, after pay, cash and eftpos.Come and see the team and check out the stock. I love the fact you don't have to wait, if it is in the store its yours to buy and take home.

Good place to buy electric items with low price. They sell factory refurbished items and price is really good. I recently moved here and need to buy some staffs with low price. Got refrigerator and washing machine from them and matched price online, it’s good. They customer service is great. Have same day or next day delivery with charge. Open 7 days. Parking beside the store.

I bought a TCL 75 inch TV from Master Buy Albury for my shed. It was awesome for 6 months but then stopped working. 75 inch TVs are heavy and hard to lug around, especially if you don't have the original packaging, so I was a bit worried. I messaged Master Buy. Jian and partner arrived the next day, did the repairs but couldn't get it working. Within two day they delivered a new TV and mounted it without me lifting a finger. I will be shopping at Master Buy Albury again!
