Focused Health Care - Townsville
Terrible as they were taking extra funds and once we picked it up, they put the money back, but never allowed us to access it. 3 years urgently needed bathroom renovations as Occupational therapy said was urgent. To the day Dad died, we had plastic taped to the walls and hosed him in the middle of bathroom. It was heartbreaking watching Mum trying to get this done and the stress they put on her, it’s amazing I didn’t loose her. Certainly wouldn’t recommend this mob!! You will regret it, and my father was their second client in Townsville. I always felt they had spent the money.
