Had an absolutely awesome experience here today.Incredibly quick and easy service with regards to purchasing my Breitling.Mr Gordan Hack was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind.I am looking forward to revisiting the store in the coming months to further add to my collection.

I went in to purchase a watch at the store in the Brisbane Arcade and I was treated with absolute respect. I was helped in every which way without having to ask or gesture. The service is impeccable and I found it refreshing to be treated like I was buying a Rolex when it was in fact a seiko. Thank you for what you do you have most definitely found a returning customer and someone that would recommend you to anyone.

I couldn't commend the service from Chris and co. in Brisbane more highly. I recently bought a watch from the store that I could have just as easily bought online. Not only did Chris proactively seek out the watch but he offered me a competitive price, hands-on service and the knowledge that if anything goes wrong, I can simply return to the store to sort it out. Coupled with the extremely helpful advice I received on my first visit, I'm so glad I made the effort to buy my watch from these guys. Highly recommended.

Thank you Gordon for assisting with my first watch SPB267J1 purchase You went over and beyond. It is one of those watches that you fall more and more in love with the more you ware it. It is extremely comfortable to ware with a leather strap so I do hope the 6R27C will stand the time. I can wholly say I am 100% satisfied in my choice. The team are all round present to deal with. Very bad experience. Bought a very expensive watch as a surprise for my husband, came back after 3 days to return it in same condition, no one would talk to me. Also tried to sell it back to the store for half the price and still not accepted. Manager wouldnt come speak to us, not even returning our calls (sydney and brisbane stores both). Poor costumer service, very unpleasant experience if you are not happy with your purchase. They are very nice before you pay… Would not recommend and would never buy from them again

I recently purchased a Heuer Monaco calibre 11from Gordon. The experience was a delight. I was unable to get to the store in person so the whole process was online. All questions were answered, photo requests promptly send and the watch arrived on time and we’ll packaged. I’ve purchased a Patek from their Sydney shop and the experience was the same. Not long ago I bought a new Cartier Santos Dumont XL from the Cartier Brisbane store. What a truly horrible and unpleasant process! The arrogance! Real Shop Assistant Syndrome. Gordon really highlights what great customer service is. Thank you !!

I bought Carlton Classic Rose from here a few years back. Unfortunately the band wore out very quickly and the overall quality felt decidedly average for the $520 price tag.Very keen to support Australian companies but this was an average experience.
