Friendly team here in chermside, come here mostly to purchase preworkout drinks, that I find much more affordable. Plenty of variety to choose from

Terrible customer service, I went in looking for prenatal vitamins to start a new pregnancy journey and was told my previous miscarriage was probably for the best the staff member made assumptions about me and was very rude! I would not recommend going to this store!

I was browsing around and reading the labels on a lot of products because I'd never been there before. A sales woman kept following me up and down the aisles uncomfortably close to me as if she was waiting for me to steal something, while she pretended to be looking at stock levels or something. When I finally took my purchase to the counter she was condescending and definitely gave me a don't come back" vibe. I think she'd prefer to be serving soccer mummies in Chapel Hill rather than a bloke wearing thongs at a shopping centre in Chermside."

I had a lovely experience with one of the ladies on the morning of January 25th 2021. Her name may have been Jade as that’s what was on the docket.She took her time to help and explain different products to me and was very knowledgeable as well. I will definitely come back to see her again!

I waited in line while the lady at the register stood there and talked to her friend. When she finally finished talking with her, she actually served the lady standing BEHIND me, because she was paying such little attention. Incredibly rude.

I bought a product from this store 2 weeks ago which was faulty, took it back to the shop and was seen to by such a rude and condescending women, very unhelpful didn’t want to listen the the problem I was having, she had a speech and was sticking to it! Never buy anything from this store again ! She refused point blank my request for a refund ! Still have a faulty product !!

The women here prolifically follow people around and are rude and condescending to customers. They ask you to put your items on the counter even when you’re still looking around, they assume you’re stealing, and will ignore you when you make your purchases. They don’t seem to enjoy being there at all.Myself and a few family members and friends have all experienced the same thing from this store. Very disappointing and sad because we’re all very regular customers and have spent a lot of money here, every week. Not anymore. Go to go vita in chermside instead!
