Welcoming view to Kings Beach. Very comfortable and lovely furnishings. Plentiful kitchen utensils. A thoughtful cupboard of books, DVDs, games and puzzles. Wonderful friendly managers.

We holiday here every year! Fantastic apartments, friendly staff, great for families.800m walk to the beach with ocean views. Value for dollar and everything's very clean. It's almost like a second home, you just can't beat these apartments :)

During my stay at Kings Row Apartments, my mood would often be ruined when I would try to do anything related to wifi. After a long day on the beach, all I want to do is relax and watch some Netflix, yet I am stuck here, writing this report on my 2GB/month data plan because the wifi won’t let me load up the title screen of the movie let alone the movie itself. Lovely and clean beds, couch, bathroom etc. Very comfortable apartment. Just fix the wifi and I’d call this place a 5 star stay.

Great apartments, close to everything. We have just had our 4th stay here and will be booking again before we leave today. Hotel management are lovely and very helpful . Perfect holiday accomadation.

We had a 3 night stay in a 2 bed apartment on the ground floor. There is a lift from the secure basement park so any floor is fine. Security was good with all exits locking (door intercom if you forget your key) and key access to the basement lift.It's 2 minutes walk to Kings Beach, 7 minutes to the top of the main street and 5 to various restaurants. Our apartment was well equiped, clean and larger than any we have stayed in at Caloundra. Great for a family stay or couples.
