I dealt with staff from two different sections with regards to transmission of title and sale of a house and the whole process was handled wonderfully well and efficiently by the team. It was a pleasure to deal with them and they made everything much less stressful! They were also much cheaper than some of their competitors. I highly recommend them.

Very disappointed with communication. I made five phone calls for solicitor to call me back. Then they emailed me instead of calling, which lead to 4 emails. I was then sent a bill for all the emails when they should have just returned my call. One staff member and receptionist were very rude. Also gave false information on bank details and then sent our money to the wrong account.

I would like to thank the team at CastleGate Law, especially Kate. You have been very helpful in everyway possible, it can't be easy in such a difficult profession, however you made it seem so.I'd gladly recommend you to anyone who wants an efficient, fair cost and transparent service.Warm RegardsTerry
