Staff are lazy and unhelpful. Dont return calls or do what they say. Policy on return is grey but the practice is flat out illegal and dishonest.Thanks for nothing John!

Don't appreciate the pressure selling I encounted. I felt as though I was being rushed in my purchases and that browsing the store was out of the question. One day I will enjoy purchasing tools from a Total Tools store, but not the Toowoomba store.

The morning I walked in, I was not only welcomed with a smile and a nod and a 'Hi' by not one but TWO members of staff (yes I'm acknowledging previous reviewers' feedback - things have improved!). Staff were attentive and helpful.One thing that needed attention was that the tags on the items in-store failed to reflect the price at the cashier... hence my 1* deduction.

Had to pick up a online order. The staff were very helpful had it organised & loaded in about 5 mins. If you need tools this is the place to go.

I have been to this store 2 times now Peter the guy on the floor is fantastic he knows his stuff for shore. His staff at the counter are hopeless.

No staff around today when we required some assistance, even after walking around the store to try and find someone. We happily walked out with all our money and will gladly spend it somewhere else. Won't waste our time returning.
