Absolutely disgusting customer service. Didn't build my kids buggy properly and so many issues.No call backs, no communication and waited 7 months for parts (which I still dont have). I rang the company that actually makes my buggy and requested assistance due to waiting so long again (not the first time we waited for parts). I received the parts in 20 days that I have been waiting 7 months and still not received through Wurths.I don't like doing things like this but absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Will never EVER buy through them again.

Don't normally post reviews as I dont feel they add much. Had an unpleasant experience here, came in saying very openly that I'm looking at getting gear (helmet and shoes) wanting ce rated stuff and wanted to see what I could get around town.Older lady was eager to help, very pushy and consistently insulting under the guise of making fun. Ended up trying some stuff, really liked some of it but said thank you I'll just have a look at the other places in town but really like this stuff I'll probably be back.Lady then got upset that I wasn't buying the gear she had put aside and a said that I shouldn't look at gear if I'm not going to buy that day. If I did it again she would need to put me over her knee".Went to Rosenbergs next

Wanted to buy some parts for our Honda quad bike. Staff were very friendly and said that they would call back. After 4 phone calls to them over a 2 week period, I was told that they were short staffed and hadn't even looked at getting what I wanted. I was then told that I should try another bike shop. Don't worry, when it is time to buy a new bike, I will be trying another shop. shopshop.

Worst place to work or do business. Empty promises to customers and employees. Workshop jobs still there 12 months in untouched. Go back to see if parts have been ordered to find they never were for both workshop jobs and over the counter customers. Company has never met a delivery date in my time there. Has been through 18 staff members since November 2022. Absolutely appalling experience. Worst workplace I’ve ever worked in. No training, not a single staff meeting, no communication between workshop, front counter, sales team or owner. The most dysfunctional place I’ve worked in, I’m not surprised there’s so many unhappy customers.

Unfortunately, my dealings stretched over a long time and Google’s character limit doesn’t allow me to go into too much detail.To cut a long story short, my experience with this dealership was distasteful, and costly. In addition to problems currently being faced by the retail market, this business also has some dire in-house issues that proved them unable to deliver satisfactory customer service and problem resolution during the transaction and an undamaged, safe and operable product (new vehicle) at the conclusion of it. The head office, and importers, of said product are also uncontactable and my efforts in trying to rectify some of the issues I was faced with only provoked the arrogance of management thus adding to an already unpleasant experience.Also, the customer is not left with many options due to the next closest dealership of this kind being over 400km away.

General service for a bike with a front tire replacement cost over $1000 yes that is correct, general service for $1000+. They also damaged the rim putting the front tire on (photos attached). Did not even offer to fix the rim or give any sort of compensation. The bike was in the shop for 6 days before being able to pick it up.Will never be back, strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
