Jess drew the plans and arranged the approvals for our pergola. He listened carefully to what we wanted and was able to offer recommendations which we took on board. Jess was friendly and professional and communicated with us in a timely manner. We highly recommend Mawdsley Building Designs and will go back for future plans.

We engaged Jess to do the design and planning coordination work for our house renovation & extension. Right from initial meetings during COVID lockdowns where he spent an hour on a viedo call walking" through the property and discussing ideas we knew we getting excellent service from Jess.Now the renovation has been finished and also managed to the intended budget

Asked for a quote and Mr Mawdsley was very rude & condescending. He had a very bad attitude, was not friendly to deal with and I would not recommend using this service.
