In contrast with absolutely impersonal service of chemist warehouse I was pleasantly surprised with the great service I received. I am now committed to give my custom to this Fairfield branch. I recently visited this pharmacy and wanted to share my experience. While the pharmacist provided professional and attentive service, unfortunately, I had an encounter with a cashier named Sharon that left me disappointed.Sharon's behaviour was abrupt and rude, lacking even the most basic customer service skills. In an environment where many customers are ill and seeking medication, it is crucial to have staff who can handle interactions with empathy and professionalism. Her behaviour made me feel unwelcome and added unnecessary stress to what should have been a simple transaction.I sincerely hope that Sharon receives additional training in customer service, particularly in the context of the health sector. It is essential for employees to understand the importance of treating customers with respect and compassion, considering their vulnerability and the sensitive nature of their visits to the pharmacy.

Soul Pattinson Fairfield is an amazing chemist. We get our medicine dispensed there and Van the pharmacist on duty is always quick to help and provide the medication we need. Even if they are short in supply, he always makes the effort to provide it. My family and I have become loyal customers of this pharmacy and we thank Van and all staff for the 5 star treatment we receive.

I just had my Moderna short number 5 … my special thanks for the young lady who gave the shot. No waiting time and I was out with 20 minutes. This is my kind of chemist always pleasant and often goto many miles to help. Thoroughly recommended and deserves my appreciation.

Don't go get your booster injection on a Monday, went there today the 31st January appointment time was 11am didn't get in till 11.30am. The qoman giving the injections didn't even call us in according to our allocated times. So slow, quicker going to a vaccination hub.

Came in enquiring about a medication which is in short supply. They were incredibly rude with an accusatory tone. When I queried why it would cost 4x what I had paid in the past, even with a prescription they told me to just 'Go there!' i.e. previous pharmacist. Well I obliviously did. I can understand the frustration given many people would be enquiring but there wasn't a nationwide shortage when I was prescribed it for other conditions including OSA and prediabetes. I stopped dispensing as soon as the shortage started to give priority to diabetics. But irrespective of that you DON'T know my medical history and even if you don't agree, there's no need to treat patients or customers so rudely in health care.
