We were on a road trip to Newcastle. One of our car wheels lost pressure. I visited the Brooklyn Central Boat Hire & Petrol Station to ask for help, and one young man and lady were amiable and helped us out. They helped us check all wheels' air pressure and inflate them. That excellent action enabled us to have an enjoyable trip and amazing people. Thank you so much, the kind young man and the lady <3 ! I am sorry that I don't have their names.

Great day spent out on the river with family. Our BBQ boat was excellent and easy to manage. Our only complaint would be we couldnt get the bbq to light up at first, but called back to base and got instructions over the phone. Caught a few fish (one really BIG flathead) to bring home for dinner. The kids 12,11,and 7 really enjoyed the day fishing.

Great little spot in Brooklyn to hire boats out. Staff were very friendly and welcoming as we had never really driven a boat before. They gave us a really good and easy to understand explanation of the river and where to go to catch the best fish (they worked). Boat was easy to use and clean. Highly recommend.

Great experience, booked online which was simple and received a prompt confirmation. The service from the team was fantastic. Was able to hire all the fishing rods and equipment. The BBQ boat was fantastic. Had a great enjoyable day out. Thanks!

We hired a boat for 4hrs to go for a ride, and to do a bit of recreational fishing. No hassle boat hire and the gentleman at the counter was very professional and had a lot of knowledge of the surrounding areas. Unfortunately there were no fish around due to heavy rain the previous week. This did not take away from us having a very enjoyable day on the water.

Had a great day here and would say our experience was worth coming all the way down here. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the area and maneuvering the boats which helped with our day as first timers. Unfortunately there was miscommunication for the hiring hours and was told to arrive back at 4pm when they meant to only be back by 4 hours. This was reinforced as they called us back roughly before 4 but then said they’ll be charging us for the extra hours spent. The lady was apologetic for the miscommunication but the extra fee wasn’t too bad as we still had a good time.

Great people to deal with. The young fella gave the safety briefing and operational instructions extremely well. Easy to follow and concise. The ladies greeted us with a smile, cracked a few jokes and made us feel at ease throughout the checking in process. Boat was in good nick. Motor started everytime. Bimini was handy in the middle of the day. Give yourself time to get back especially with the smaller motors. Got back, they caught the boat and made docking easy. Thanks guys and gals. We had a great day.

Hired a tinnie for half day. Professional and friendly staff. Well maintained and clean boat. We caught a few fishes around the fishing spot the staff recommended. Wonderful experience. Highly recommended.
