Had a soymilk tea for the first time and it's my favorite now. Loved it so much so we may go tomorrow as well. Things were all flawless here.

Decided to get a drink here to try it out. I recieved the drink half sealed and it spilt all over my car. I didn't even get to drink half of it. So now I payed for this overpriced drink + have to pay for my car being cleaned. Thanks! Great experience, I really enjoyed it...

My partner and I visit regularly. The milky and fruity teas have come out great exactly how we have ordered them.However we decided to try the hot tea one time and my partners tea came out cold and mine was lukewarm.Although this was disappointing, we love the cold teas and continue to come back for them.

Went back recently and used the automated system. And ended up with a drink with soy milk unintentionally. I only realised it when I got home. The touch screen doesn't seen intuitive. It should be exactly the same way as when the person ask for your order. I don't need pictures. Just flavour, size, sugar, ice, extras and done.Nice tea, quick service, still getting used o the self service screen but it's easy enough to use after the first time.

The customer service here is great, the staff asked if I wanted to try the watermelon jelly that’s new and gave me a small sample cup of it. They are great, my new go to bubble tea!
