FanBase Collectables

Today the young girl working in the store alone showed absolute professionalism, superb service and such and understanding of what I wanted and how to help me....... it made me feel like the only custom in the place, especially after the other customers had left! Outstanding employee...especially after receiving the exact opposite from another staff member in the past. Don't know what this young girl is paid but it should be more. Give her a cheque book and let her pay herself.....you will still be ahead. Can't give a name but was the only one working during the early afternoon today, Sunday 18/11/18. Went in to hire a free rental, ended up buying 5-6 others aswell.

Used to adore the shop when it had a shop front however, now that it is just the warehouse it is never open when it says it is and makes it extremely difficult to get any of the items you’ve ordered. Today we drove past at 11am and there was a note on the door saying they’re closing at 12 due to a family commitment however, it also had Saturday written next to it (it is a Thursday) so I have no clue what is happening or when they’re open.

Always the best service and smiling faces from the minute you walk through their door. If they don't have what you are looking for, they will try to find it for you. Highly recommend FanBase to everyone.

Awesome place. To browse. We will be going back to buy some pop vinyls. The lady was friendly and helpful.Just some pop vinyls they currrently have in the store.

Awsome store all you have to do is ask if they don't have something and they will get it in for you. They definitely understand us crazy collectors!

Fanbase is just the best shop in the world if you’re a Funko Pop collector like yours truly! Mat and the team are the friendliest folk around and always offer assistance with your Enquiries or pre-orders or limited collectables. The store doubles as a Video Ezy and has offers a range of comic and Pop culture merchandise including clothing. Great spot to hit up for the comic con exclusives also but get in early!

Been waiting over 2 weeks for a pop from here. Have emailed and tried ringing with no contact being able to be made.Paid extra for express post as well. Extremely disappointing and will not being going here again
