Just purchased new bath, vanity & accessories etc from Isaac at Highgrove in Bundall. Isaac was a very pleasant young man with a fantastic attitude. He made us feel like nothing was a problem and he went the extra to help us get what we wanted. Thanks Isaac for your great customer service. Would certainly recommend you to others looking for bathroom gear.

Bought all of our Kitchen and bathroom tap-wear and cabinets in 2019 and ever since then has been amazing service from Sales to After Sales care.wouldn't even bother going anywhere else then hear when we renovate again in the future couldn't fault the place 1 bit10/10

Very disappointed. I bought the en-suite vanity, installed on last late August, found out the side board is swollen on early December, the company didn’t give me warranty. The shop manager gave me a spare side board, but I found out it’s very hard to replace, because the vanity itself is off the ground, my builder put bulkhead underneath the vanity, now we have to knock off some pieces of the tiles to replace.

These people don’t even know what they selling! Have no product experience or knowledge! Phone them and waited 20min to find out price for a 750 vanity! Unprofessional

I went today to pickup an online order. I don’t like going Saturdays because it’s always so busy. The customer service I received from a lady was absolutely terrible. Made me feel like I was an inconvenience because they were under staffed. However we have spent A LOT here so I will not base my review on one person. We usually deal with Steve who is always awesome and even though the lady was horrible, the staff at the pick up was welcoming and funny. Thank goodness my visit today didn’t end up all bad.

always great service and advice.The thing I like most is that you have an option to change your mind within 30days if it does not blend in (as long as not used/installed). Isaac provided great service. They also keep your receipt on file. So handy ! Thank you Highgrove Bundall
