Creswick Motel

Country Motel with great location to explore the area and close to Pubs and IGA, clean well appointed rooms, comfy beds and complimentary toiletries, prices are fare for the value, only negative no cooked breakfast, only a $10 prepacked cereal/coffee pack, plenty of breaky, dinner options in the area.

Such a beautiful place to stay..Peaceful and so clean...Staff are great and friendly x

Well located, extremely clean, great management and staff. Room was a good size, with all amenities as expected. I had a Bus Trip for a school camp and needed somewhere to park the 13.5 metre Bus. Luke was accomodating and allowed the bus to be parked onsite, even supplying me with tools to make some minor adjustments. Will definitely be coming back. Very Hospitable, the only complaint I had was that my stay was not long enough.

Adequate rooms, however when the booking was not taken correctly the managers decided the best way to handle it was to lie about an interaction they were not involved in (the booking was taken by their son) and claimed I had only left a note for the booking, when in fact I had waited about in their office for an hour to speak to their son who took the booking; because the attendance bell was apparently disconnected (or just ignored. I no longer trust they tell the truth about anything) after ignoring a week of telephone calls from the guests travelling 4+ hours to stay there). Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. God only knows what else they lie about.***Edit*** adding more lies in your response only adds to the damage you have done to your reputation with customers who had been visiting the motel for years (although this will obviously no longer be the case). Your son was perfectly polite, as was I when I spoke to him *in person*, to make the booking, at the front desk. I never spoke to him on the phone (because no one answered the phone) let alone verbally abused" him. As far as I know *he* didn't lie to me. Shifting the blame onto him is unprofessional."

Luke organised bon fires with permits friday and saturday night. We booked out all the rooms. There are no nearby premises so we partied till the sun came up. Luke supplied power and a Gazeebo so we had the tv for footy and rugby. This place has 2 driveways the seco d has no heighr limit. Luke and co you guys helped make an awesome weekend. Thanks Fitzsimons crew.

We arrived at midnight during a bike tour. Hosts were very helpful with the late checkin and made it super easy. We were covered in mud and there’s a nice spot out the back with a hose that enabled us to wash us ans the bikes down. The rooms are quite large, comfy and very clean. Easy to find. Conveniently located and well priced. Excellent!

We were going to a 70th birthday party in Daylesford and were able to get a room at the Creswick Motel. The room was very well presented, the bed was very comfortable and the heating was terrific given how cold it was! And the rate was very reasonable. We would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.

The motel is very close to most of the retail and dining in this small town. The room was spacious and comfortable. Far enough from traffic to enjoy a quiet night's sleep, and even a sleep in. Checkin was a breeze, having already booked online via the motel website and the host was friendly and helpful. Good value for money.
