I had Matt come out. Owner operator of the business. Very punctual and good communication with fair pricing. Would highly recommend and will use again when needed.

We had an issue with our water pump MSJ had someone out the same afternoon, issue was fixed and handy hints on rain water tanks and grey water were given, Amazing Customer Service, efficient and can not recommend highly enough!!

Nick came out and did a great job. He was early, courteous, professional and friendly. The job included excavating concrete, digging and laying down new drainage. Nick made quick work of it with quality results, then reassembled everything to the way it was and cleaned up. Excellent work, excellent service and was great to have him over. Cheers for another job well done by the MSJ team.

I could not fault the service I received at all. We had a leaky copper pipe in the garden and so had to turn off the water to the house.I contacted MSJ Plumbing after locating them on a Google search. Being a Friday afternoon, I thought I might have trouble getting a plumber the same day. Another company had already knocked me back.Anyway, MSJ Plumbing said they could help and would have a plumber attend between 1.30 pm and 3.30 pm. Sure enough, a young fellow called Ryan arrived on time. After viewing the site, he confidently stated he could fix it no trouble, which he proceeded to do.The whole job was completed in a reasonable time at a very reasonable cost. Ryan was a very personable young man which made the whole experience more positive.Very happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

Anytime I need them MSJ Plumbing are quick to book in a time. It doesn't matter who comes ore whether they are dealing with water or gas: they are all professional and personable, able to work around any complications and concerned about quality and the appearance of any work, plus they are tidy.

Highly recommended. MSJ plumbing came out to re route our sewer main on our block. From getting in contact with MSJ to them coming out and completing the work it only took 1 week. I had been contacting other plumbers for months and failed.Nick and Curran went above and beyond, great workers that get the job done. The job was completed to a high standard and very tidy. I will definitely be using MSJ Plumbing again.
