Several times before, I have found products that I need and wanted to purchase -1. shown in the Bunnings website for Greenacre as being in stock but not found in the store itself on the same day I have gone there nor are the staff able to find the product either,2. if available, are not labeled correctly or missing labels and/or not price ticketed.3. some staff tend to be a bit abrupt" when asked a question (no problems encountered with the Auburn branch though). Weekend staff in the Greenacre store are on the other hand

First and foremost Rokaya gave the best customer service I’ve ever come across. She was already busy as is and still managed to help me out as it’s been my first time at Bunnings thanks to her I will definitely be coming back and shopping here many more times to come.Thank you again Rokaya 10/10!

I ordered a garden shed including installation. For everything I paid in advance. The company charged me extra money for delivery. Then for installation I waited for more than a month but it didn’t happen. Some one make 2 times appointments with me to do it but it’s cancelled. I went so many times for Bunnings but they couldn’t fix up. Someone say nothing to in their hand. The installer is private I need to speak to them. At the end I cancelled the installation service. I believe the special order team they don’t have authority to do anything.

Came into Greenacre Bunnings with a difficult problem relating to installing block out curtains. I was lucky enough to speak with Nick, who provided me with some solid advice and provided me with practical solutions to my problems. You could tell that he has experience and has done this before. Can't talk up the help he gave enough! I'm so grateful that I ran into Nick and hope he continues to keep going above and beyond for his customers.

The bunnings at greenarce is a local store that I used to go with my dad to find the lawn mover that we use for gardening at home. We went to the DIY workshop to do the Easter eggs activities that i did independently with the glue stick together onto the pieces of the egg activity. Nice sunny day to look at the garden flowers of cameilla that I like in my garden one day. Not far away from my house to bunnings. Reconsider going there again to do some more activity.

3.4 - Layout reminds me of the Bunnings in Lidcombe that I went to once. Although also large, (and actually, this Bunnings seems much larger than most) this Bunnings has less of a variety of plants, although an interesting way to categorise them, and features a much larger area to display outdoor furniture! Less people in this Bunnings, but seems to focus on a lot of other products, it has unstable Internet (important for me to quickly search and access ideas with people and Google). Little disappointed in regards to the foliage available but there was an idea for pond plants! Underground Parking here.

If you happen to grab any thing from the mark down shelf be careful how much you are charged. The price system in this store is extremely confusing and no one is gonna help you with that. Ada, the cashier, she’s indeed very rude and careless. Ignoring the fact that the item hasn’t been priced correctly into the system but just want to finish scanning and let the customer go. I v been over charged 4 items from one purchase.
