Over the course of about 4 years I engaged Steve and his team to assess and report on my development in the Gold Coast hinterland. A variety of assessment agencies were involved at local (SRRC), state (DEHP and DNRM) and federal level (EPBC). There was also extensive negotiations and reporting required through the appeals process in the Planning and Environment Court.It was no small undertaking. The property had a huge variety of EVNT species. As one observer commented I had hit the EVNT jackpot. Nevertheless with Steve's calm and professional intervention the project successfully navigated ALL regulatory hurdles, including a victory in the P&E Court.At all times I found Steve and his team to be very approachable and professional. His rates seemed fair, particularly when compared to some of the bigger firms like Cardno.Steve also freely volunteered his time to assist in lantana clearing days which speaks to his character.
