Would have got a zero if there was one. I made 23 calls, they returned 3. Didn't show up when they said they would. Worst customer service ever experienced. Said my pool water was fine, well chlorinater cell wasn't working, another company said town water has more chlorine than my pool. Pool has never been clearer since changing pool companies.

Warranty repair. Could have been ongoing customers for other pool products but due to the exceptionally poor customer service we will not be returning and will not recommend to anyone else, especially to anyone new to the area.

Service is ok but some of the guys prices it's a bit over the top I think he's trying to be a millionaire by lunchtime

Outstanding service from people who care. Got our pool up & running in no time after the previous owner let it go. Installed a chlorinator @ near 5pm on Friday so we could have a family bbq & swim on Sunday.

Fraser and the team did an amazing job in putting in our pool. This is a great, family run business that I could not recommend more highly. Communication was terrific and the lads were a pleasure to have on site - skilled, easy-going, respectful and cohesive. Fraser also worked very well with all other tradespeople that were needed for the job. Before we engaged their services, Poolworks were recommended to us by both homeowners and those in pool service industry. Our only wish with the pool was that we had done it sooner.! The kids can't wait to be back in there daily when the weather warms up. Our sincere thanks

Excellent service. New to area and inherited pool and could not be happier with the service from the owner.

The management and staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. I had to have a new pump and filter installed they arrived on time and completed the job to highest level of professionalism.I found the products to be excellent value for money. Wayne explained how to use the equipment and there was no pushy sales tactics, just good old fashioned customer service.Thank you to the team at Poolworks Grafton.
