Optus Bateau Bay

Recently changed my Telco and switched to an iPhone after years of using a Samsung. As a senior, I have struggled with the changeover and have sought support and assistance from Optus Bateau Bay on several occasions. I must commend the staff (and in particular Kiara?) for their patience and understanding. My questions and concerns have been fully met with cheerful efficiency and friendliness.

Terrible service from staff when we signed up to news plans as new customers. Took 2 months for our plans to be corrected after many instore messages only to be told no one in the store can fix it and the manager Clare would call us which never happened.

Absolute disgusting I walked in and was greeted by a girl whom was very rude and had a disgusting attitude, my phone was not working and i went on to tell her I had insurance on the phone she then proceed to say it was broken on the back making it like she’s paying for the new phone from her Pocket, disgusted!!!!

Couldn't change my plan in store, said I had to call. How can I get a new phone if they can't or won't change my current plan?

very scary looking lady at front of the store and very rude, didn’t want to help at all and just kept shaking her head and rolling her eyes.

Worst customer service ever!The lady hardly made eye contact with me and kept interrupting me while she was talking with her co workers.You try tell them your problem and they just tell you to ring up yourself or go online..Sometimes I’d rather not sit on the phone to an operator because it’s easier explaining things face to face..The lady wasn’t even listening to me, she could’ve atleast discussed the problem with me but she just kept saying oh I don’t know just ring technical support..Isn’t the point of them working there to help customers? They just hand you a pamphlet and send you on your way, and you’re left stuck on the phone for 2 hours trying to explain your problem to someone who can’t even speak your language.

Horrible customer service , can give our details to hackers but can’t give me any idea where my phone has gone . Nice

Must of skipped customer service 101.. Honestly just horrendous service from.a very rude and belligerent staff member.

Excellent service from the in store staff. Helpful, courteous & very professional. Highly recommended.
