Kay was amazing and accommodating. I came to have the shoulders and hem of my wedding dress taken up. Initially I wanted it in a month but because of COVID I asked for it to be finished sooner incase restricts came in and I had to push my wedding forward. I contacted her to see if she could push it forward and she got the dress to me in a couple days during the Xmas holiday period too!! After trying it I unfortunately needed the hem to be taken up a little more (which wasn’t a problem) and she happily did it for me in a day!

I attended her place and the lady complained that some days she might not be home although her trading hours are till 11pm . Very rude service wouldn’t recommend even attending let alone using her service . Super unprofessional lady that acts like she’s doing the customer a favour
