Bedshed Melville

I bought a foam single mattress from Bedshed in Melville. The reason i bought it was because my children are arriving next week from Melbourne. My daughter told me that her son who is now 12 years old will not be able share the queen bed with her and her 8 year old. So i phoned Bedshed and asked if they could either refund my money or swap it for a double. I had to ring them 3 days in a row as the gentleman who answered the phone said he will have to ask the manager. Finally after ringing 3 times he asked me to hold on and said the manager said no it is not possible.Ispite of telling that i have not even opened the packet of the mattress he was reluctant. I will never ever buy anything from Bedshed again. In their Ad it says 'if the customer is not satisfied Bedshed is ready to meet customer satisfaction i honestly don't understand. I was ready to swap for a double. But their was a big NO.A Very Disappointed snd Unsatisfied customer"

Store manager Stuart and his team provided exceptional customer service recently. It’s the 3rd time we’ve purchased a bed there and his delivery guys went the extra mile for me - setting the bed up as I’d recently injured my foot and couldn’t lift anything. That small touch and extra 10 minutes they spent helping me out made a massive difference.I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them for anything bed related!! Thanks

I laid in the store for a good couple of hours trying out all the beds. Not only did I get great advice and patience, I got a bed I bloody love with free delivery. 12/10 recommend shopping with this lovely family-owned business!

Was served by Julie today. She was above and beyond with amazing customer service. She showed my partner and I various bed sets while having great product knowledge. We definitely will be recommending our friends to bed shed and to look out for Julie as they won’t be disappointed.

Me and my partner came in this store and asked for the firmest mattress. The staff Kate introduced us the 2nd mattress in the first row near the reception (Kingstown) without soft cushion top and I loved it. My partner wanted the other Sleepmaker. So it took us some time to decide which one to choose. During that day we made two trips and definitely spent most of time on the 2nd mattress in the first row. There was also an old lady came for this 2nd mattress and this staff told me “see, she came back for it although the price is higher”. As a customer we often do not know the name of the mattress, and I believe it is common for every customer to trust a staff like me telling the staff “ok, this is the one I’d like to order”. I trusted this staff to place the order without knowing the name of this mattress and I paid and signed. When We got the mattress, I felt it was too soft and realised it was wrong. She placed our order with the softer mattress which was the first mattress in the row with cushion top.We never spent any time on this mattress and it was out of our option in the first try. However when I rang this staff to try to get this issue resolved, she was rude and denied all the truth in the first place. She said she worked there for 3 years and never made a mistake. She said we spent lots of time on the first mattress and asked for it. I know I have the 60 nights comfort guarantee and I can get it changed easily. However I believe this is not my mistake and I hope my issue can be resolved in a respectful way rather than denying the truth in the first place. I requested the manger to call back and I’d like to see the store camera recording, which tells us we spent most of time on the 2nd mattress in the row from beginning to the end. This is about whether u can trust a store when u spend 4,5 grands cause when problem happened the first thing they do is denying.

EXCEPTIONAL - that is the only way I can describe my experience with Bedshed Melville. I was up in Perth for work, I live in Albany and my friends guest bed was simply divine - so I made a decision to buy it. My friend had done many business through her family with Bedshed Melville so off we trotted. Kate was the sales representative, she greeted us with a smile and welcome.. I then asked about the bed I wanted.... but as it turned out Kate suggested another alternative - and OMG is it amazing!! She also sought out 3 options for deliver to Albany - and was in constant contact with me. The whole process went off amazingly well - and I will definitely deal with Kate again. It is so nice as a country buyer to be treated with such professionalism and honesty. THANK YOU I love my new bed. I can 100% recommend buying from Bedshed Melville and don't let distance be a factor as they will arrange delivery!! Many thanks

Ridiculous customer service is all I can say. We've purchased a mattress valued $899 after discount from the store. The delivery guy dropped it off and left. Right after he went, we opened the package and found thereare 2 obvious scratch like sharp cuts on the bottom of the mattress. Called delivery guy straight away and have sent photo to manager as instructed. Next day 2 staff came to check and said no evidence" shows they need to be responsible for it and implied that we damaged it??? And after we sent a polite complaint message to the manager
