The teeth alignment journey for my daughter has been quite disappointing. The treatment plan didn't result with the desired result. It impacted my daughter's self-confidence.Another aspect that further compounded our disappointment was the lack of alternative options provided to address the issue. The only option we were given was to pull out her four healthy teeth which we are not happy to do.I wish there was better communications from the orthodontist during the treatment so we could have found potential adjustments to the treatment plan that will result in my daughter's satisfaction and her well-being.

Over the past few years I have undergone a complex orthodontic treatment with Dr Bonic and her team, the treatment completed recently and the results were stunning. During my treatment Dr Bonic and her team provided me with great care, every step of the way was clearly communicated, everyone in the team was kind, helpful and professional. I couldn’t speak more highly of the team and my experience.I’m very fortunate to have my treatment done with the team.
