Happy overall with this clinic but 5 stars in particular for fabulous Tom on Reception!

This place actually cares for animals. Everyone who has treated my beagle peanuts so far have been fantastic at their jobs and beyond caring. My beagle recently started having seizures and Tempi has been the best support and treats his treatment as if it were her dog. There are reviews saying this place is expensive but when you get the care during the scary times it’s worth every dollar

Dr Fran honestly has a heart of gold. She's has gotten my best mate out of trouble and in good health multiple occasions. A while back she operated on him which bought him another incredible 2 years of life.After 13 years she was there to send him off to his happy place. Since this she follows up and sends a beautiful card that meant to world us.Thankyou for all you do ♥️

Honestly would rate Samford Vet a 5 star if it weren't for a recent experience with David at the front counter. Absolutely rude and not a good fit for front line. Tom on the other hand is much more personable and a perfect fit for the role. Will return on days David does not work.

We've had consistently good experience...always compassionate and knowledgeable and they've really gone the extra mile when our dogs were bitten by a snake.

Caring and genuine vets and staff always feel welcome.Prices are up there however, so you pay for the premium service

Today was the worst day of our lives. We had to put our almost 17 year old cat Jasmine down. She has had renal failure for just over 2 years and Stacey has been with her the entire time including today. Most compassionate. And the staff were just as compassionate..

Unfortunately this is the only vet that is close to us and have had to rush our pets in with emergency issues on a few occasions over the last year. 1st of all they do not seem interested in treating the animal immediately and waste a lot of time discussing the costs. 2nd They then get you to sign a waiver that the cost they quoted may in fact not be the cost. 3rd On every occasion the cost they quoted which is always a between this and that figure and the final cost is always the top figure quoted. When an owner rushes in a pet for urgent treatment I fail to understand the waste of time in discussion and paper signing that is put above the safety and well being of said pet. Further they have no facilities for overnight stays and if you have a sick pet they transfer them over to another vet (Eatons Hill) for overnight stays at of course a large additional cost. Because of the proximity we will have to continue to take our pets there in emergency situations but otherwise I would not use these corporate vets for anything due to their $ over welfare mentality.

Fantastic vets , very obliging , especially Dr Leigh , she is amazing , dedicated in the care of all animals
