Workscene Moorebank

Very helpful staff who took the time to show me different products. I only bought one item so my husband could try it on and the staff offered to help by promoting their online sale.

The manager of this Moorebank store should be sending their staff on a Customer Service course, I walked out in-disgust last week. (28/9/22) I was ready to spend a good $500 on gear for work, I certainly wont be returning!

Great shop and the ladies working were super helpful. 3rd year in a row I’ve got boots from these guys always an easy experience

Great composite boots sold by Workscene, very comfortable. Janet was extremely helpful, able to answer all questions and ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase. Would recommend people go there for all your work boots needs.

Absolutely happy with the warm welcome and service at the Moorebank Workscene store. I believe the lady's name that served us is Diane, very professional & knowledgeable with helping my two daughters & I choosing the right work shoes/boots. Going many times to the back storage to get the right shoe/boot to fit each of us. Lovely customer service and the store itself is very well kept. Recommend this store definitely because we are satisfied customers with our purchases especially the service we received, thank you Diane !!☺️

Worst customer treatment I have ever received at a shop. The sales women on the front desk was rude and was not interested in helping to exchange an item. You have lost my business and if you take my advice find another shop that will appreciate yours.

I just purchased a pair of work boots. The sales person was informative, friendly and extremely helpful. Could not ask fir better service.

Very, very happy with the works shirts purchased and embroidered logos. Bianca was particularly helpful, knowledgeable and has great customer service and communication skills. Really knows her products. I'd recommend anyone to this store and all with speedy delivery. Thanks again Bianca. I know I'll be coming back for more excellent service.

Staff member today was very rude. Me and my wife wanted to get some work boots and a few other things for work. She started bombarding us with questions like who are we shoping for and what are we buying as soon as we walked in not giving us a chance to sign in properly. After we signed in my wife was looking at what boots to buy. My eyes wondered to some jackets in store that I liked so I started walking to those jackets to try one on when she stoped me and said no browsing. I said I just wanted to try on the jacket and would happily buy it if it suits me well. She said no and I asked how can she expect to sell anything if she wont allow customers to try. It was a pretty bad experience. I understand we're living in a pandemic and stores have their policies but cmon the store was completely empty. She was just unpleasant. So I've spent my $900 at a different place were the staff were a lot nicer.
