Sam, the director of Smart Mover is very helpful and punctual. I requested him to come after 7pm to pick up and move my 2 bedroom house and without hesitation he said Yes.Sam kept notifying me about his location on the day of arrival and was very punctual. Despite being a weekend and late hours job, his rates were very reasonable.I would highly recommend Sam and his team.

Very reasonable price. Call out fee is cheaper too. Helped me with my house relocation yesterday. They have assembled one queen size bed and a backyard swing set. They have shown the patience and dedication to complete the job in a well manner. Very friendly treat your staff really well. I would call them in future if God wills.

Sam and his crew have just completed a job for myself on behalf of my client whom I've just sold her home in Forest Lake. They were the cheapest price by far and had very friendly staff. Great communication too. They notified me they'd be late, which was fine as I'd told them my time was flexible and they gave notice when they were on their way.Their stacking abilities though, were questionable. They had to unload part of the truck to fit in my glass top coffee table. Everything was disassembled and ready to go upon arrival so they knew it was there.A picture frame also fell from the truck when doing this. Didn't matter as it was a cheap one I didn't care much for, but I had a glass shadow boxed frame that could've easily been the one to drop which is a memorial display.When packing everything into the garage at the drop off location, my 2 mattresses were sitting on top of items and were practically folded in half. I didn't want them to bow so I had to rearrange my garage myself that night.My garage was stacked full and hard to move through and parts of my 9-seater couch suite are broken in some places due to stacking.After rearranging myself, double the room and both matresses are laying flat on the floor.They also put boxes the wrong way up despite being labelled and had boxes on their side which contained things that cannot be replaced.They were quick and cheap but this was the cost. Would not use again for fragile items but would use for general furniture.Very polite and didn't waste time despite being a very hot day. Thank you.
