Called ahead on Easter Saturday (8.4.23) to ask what time they close - was told 4pm with last cut at 3:30pm arrived at 3:15pm after I had driven 140km specifically get to cut here. They told me they were closed & refused to cut my hair. Unbelievable! Been coming here for over 5 years & will never come back again.

Website advertises 5:30 close, arrived at 4:45 with one customer in store almost finished, to be told no more cuts today. Went around the corner to Justcuts and they got me sorted 5 mins before close!

By far the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten, had an apprentice barber “cut” my hair, he had managed to butcher it with janky fade lines and patchy blend work. After 50mins of terrible work still managed to get charged the full $42.50 for an extremely terrible haircut

Officially the dearest haircut that I have ever received in 60 years.6 minutes at $42.95 that equates to just over $420 an hour.What annoyed me even more was walking out in disbelief and walking past ecuts and seeing my haircut there for less than half the price.

Haircut by a guy with gundam tattoo on his leg (didn’t catch his name) but talked me through the cut and let me know what to ask for in the future then gave me exactly what I was looking for and had a good chat 10/10

ibarber used to be good up until the old staff left now it's filled with barbers with autism. Except for a woman called Roxanne, she's top tier if she goes might as well burn the store down.

Getting pretty tired of having to get another haircut directly after getting it done here to fix their mistakes by the undertrained staff. Maybe management should put their trainees through some more thorough training before sending them on the floor. Definitely not worth $38

Much like a similar post I've just read about i-Barber Stockland, I called ahead on a Sunday, I was told that they close at 4pm and if I could bring my son in by 3:30pm, they could seat him for a hair cut. Great!So I raced into Stockland, got there by 3:15pm and the lady, Claudia, told me that she couldn't cut his hair because they were now packing up to go home. But when I called at 3:13pm to find out their location within Stockland, Claudia specifically told me to come and when I walked into the shop, she was cutting a man's hair, BAGGING ME OUT to him, his wife and another staff member, as if I was in the wrong for coming when they said I could??If Claudia is not the owner of this franchise, SHE SHOULD BE FIRED. Zero customer service. Also - a big tip - if you close at 3:30pm, then CHANGE THE CLOSING TIME ON ALL SITES as it is listed as 4:00pm. Such a disappointing experience - and we didn't even get to the point of a haircut!

Asked for a meeting mid skin fade got no fade at all ask for a little off the top got more than half off I never hated my hair more definitely don’t recommend this place
