He was really quick to respond, organised the building inspection with a few days and sent us an incredibly thorough report on the same day. Honestly - Tim, 11/10.I am a person who strives for perfection in every task, and Tim is my spirit animal! We found Tim online, he responded with 10 minutes on a Sunday morning, by 9am he had contacted our prospective agent and had booked himself and team in to do the B&P inspection on the Tuesday so we could have report in hand for Wednesday afternoon open for inspection. Tim's thought process, timelines, efficiency, communication, attention to detail, workmanship, and reports are second to none. We purchased the home he reported on, and we feel we have bought this house eyes wide open! Have already recommended him to friends. You won't be disappointed!

I have had Tim run five inspections which goes to show how much I trust him. The reports he generates are incredibly detailed, he goes to a great effort to explore any area that might be a problem before purchasing and makes recommendations on next steps. He doesn't waste time, he gets his report back to you really quickly. Tim is such a nice guy to deal with. He's an absolute gem, I kinda don't want to share him, but I want him to be successful!
