I recently visited a site which Medusa Cleaning had been assigned to clean. The before and after results were second to none. The quality of workmanship left me with no doubt as to the highest standards produced by Medusa Cleaning and I would highly recommend them to both residential and commercial prospects.

Medusa Cleaning is at a different level than any other cleaners I’ve used. The attention to detail is extraordinary. If cleaning is an art form then Medusa is the best example of all. End of lease, pre sale or residential cleaning are in the best hands.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Medusa cleaning. I have used them for occasional cleans and can’t fault the service. Great attention to detail, good communication and she will not leave your property until every last thing is sparkling. Also good for carpet cleaning!

We hired Medusa for an end of lease clean for a large 2 bed apartment in Lower North Shore. Medusa had the place spotlessly clean within a matter of hours, we didn’t even think it was possible to get that apartment so clean! Very happy to say we got our bond back thanks to Medusa’s superb effort and attention to detail. Suzan is a friendly, passionate entrepreneur, not your average cleaner! She doesn’t just wipe things down she gives everything a proper clean and has high attention to detail. She took the cast iron parts of the hob and actually cleaned them separately. She genuinely cares about adding value to her clients so will tailor the service to what you find valuable.I liked that she goes the extra mile and helps to rearrange and clean items you simply don’t know how to. I couldn’t believe the sight of my 7 year old toaster and kettle looking shiny & brand new! Finally, I like that her pricing model is a flat rate based on #bedrooms rather than hours for a 3 bedroom house DEEP clean I consider reasonable.

Had Medusa come do an end of lease clean for our apartment in Balmoral. Medusa did an absolutely stunning job on what was very big and dusty apartment. The carpets were cleaned brilliantly and the kitchen was more thoroughly cleaned than I even thought possible. Great customer service, efficient and excellent value for money. Will definitely be using them again!
