I am a Support Coordinator for Total Support Services in Brisbane. I ordered a pram for a Participant located in Townsville. The service from the store staff was great. Most of the communication I had was with the Owner, James, who also processes the invoices. James was really excellent. Everything was efficient, very, very polite and accommodating to the requested needs. Great!!

James and the team at whole bubs are so friendly and knowledgeable. I have bought the majority of my baby/toddler things there. They have a great range and are locals. James took the time two years ago to take me through all the details of multiple cars seats before helping me select one. Just recently (over two years later) I turned the car seat around to be front facing and popped back in and he checked it and fixed it for me at no extra cost. Fantastic customer service.

Very helpful staff, I am a very fussy buyer when it comes to products for my baby , and the lady was more than happy to assist when I wanted to have a closer look at all the cot mattresses. I recommend this store. The products are good quality and the staff helpful.

The owner James and his team are so attentive and friendly, we recently had a problem with a baby monitor and James went above and beyond to resolve it. Absolutely the best baby store in Cairns. This family owned business has, without a doubt, been a life saver, James has great customer service and is super helpful.His products are all fantastic quality and, although it’s very possible to take advantage of sleep deprived customers when in the baby business, he is honest about how much or little an item is going to help you and you baby.Good prices, friendly knowledgeable staff, all round a GREAT experience shopping at whole bubs.
