As a cosmetic formulator, I have been getting different raw materials from Trulux in the past 2-3 years and have never been disappointed with the quality of ingredients and their services. The team is very professional and very easy to deal with. They promptly respond to my inquiry and provide supports I need such as documents and information about the ingredients. They are one of the best suppliers to go to when it comes to cosmetic raw materials and other related supplies.

Very poor customer service. It takes ages for them to respond to your emails.

Placed an order with them. After spending a very considerable sum on their products, an automated email was received to confirm the order and payment made. But after a week and no further updates on the delivery date, i decided to call, email, Facebook message them and write to them on their website but to no avail. saw that there were others who found that their shop was also closed after going down personally.EDIT:Trulux has contacted me and informed me that they would assist with sending out the items immediately. Alas, 1 of the item was not received in full, and was informed only after I have received the package. They agreed to send it to me when they have stock with free shipping. I sincerely hope that they are more proactive and quicker in their communication. Thank you Trulux for seeing to my order.

Fabulous products. I’m particularly fond of their cleansers and eye creams. Quick delivery and the one time I had issues the customer service was prompt-the problem resolved quickly.

I have been ordering from them since 2016. They often have free shipping available. The products are exactly what I expected. So far no issues. I think there is only one other competitor and I jump between the two looking for better deals, a lot of the time trulux has better prices, exclusive ingredients and actives. Also I like that they have thought out packaging really well. Not only they are convenient to use but the kind that you want to keep after the product is finished. Powders kept in a cellophane and inside the wide screw top tare. Thick liquids also come in the easily accessible tare with a screwlid. I haven't thrown a single empty tare from trulux simply because it s too good and practical. Always happy. Thanks
