Harvey Norman Hornsby

I discovered the Bathroom department at Harvey Norman Hornsby by accident whilst browsing for other items.I ended up making multiple bathroom fitting purchases (>$10K) during the renovation of a bathroom and several ensuites.To my surprise, HVN bested prices I had obtained from dedicated renovation suppliers.Special mention to:- Ethan who emailed quotes and answered questions promptly;- the warehouse team that facilitated local pickup of items and delivery of the bulky items in a prompt and professional manner.

I had the most beautiful experience at this Harvey Norman store! The electrical department were so amazing in helping me find what I needed to today and I feel like they went above and beyond what they had to in order to help me have a great experience! Thanks heaps guys

I learned a very interesting lesson about retail in this store via the 'electronics department'. I was buying an expensive camera and had done my shopping around looking at other offers and understood the price points. Yet when I went to purchase in this store and I asked about a better price I was laughed at. I didn't know I had my clown makeup on when I asked for a better deal.I have never been laughed at when shopping at Bing Lee or JB Hi-Fi when requesting a better deal. Maybe my best advice is to use this store to window shop, look at prices and just enjoy the amazing retail experience that's set up. A sales person will jump on you that's for sure but just explain your looking. My experience here ensured I will never purchase from here ever again. I did raise my concerns with a staffer there and they wanted to argue that what happened to me was ok. Of course it was explained the store is broken up into many smaller sellers who specialise in different departments. And maybe this is the core of the problem there. Anyway I don't enter shops to be laughed at or argue with staff how retailing works. I do wonder who else gets treated like me here. Looking at the other google Reviews I'm certainly not alone.

I cannot thank the staff at Harvey Norman Hornsby enough. What an incredible experience I had. I walked in and was instantly greeted by a lovely man who got me the required help straight away. All the staff I saw were smiling and genuinely cared about helping me. I was in and out with my new computer within 20 minutes, feeling very informed and happy with my choice. I will never go to another Harvey Norman ever again!

The price displayed on products is not necessarily the price according to hubristic management (different serial number!) Clearly management doesn’t care and has zero understanding of basic commercial law. Please read NSW fair trading guidelines and pay attention to the laws around displayed pricing. Absolutely shocked the manager has no idea if an item has two prices on the product the consumer pays the lower price. Basic consumer law stuff no wonder Harvey Norman share price is in the toilet.

I came into the store today and a blonde lady with long hair helped me with my vacuum. Had super great knowledge and so friendly. I will definitely be returning to Harvey Norman in the future it has good vibes and the staff are always smiling and happy.

Our experience at Harvey Norman Hornsby was great. The guy in computers gave us an excellent customer support from beginning to end of the process. He went the extra mile at every stage to be able to answer all our queries . We would highly recommend such excellent customer service. a good example of an ideal staff at such organization.

I went to the store just for browsing for some computer stuff with no intention of buying and I happen to walk into the electrical side. I was so pleased with the staff and the boss of the store. Everyone were so helpful and had amazing product knowledge. The boss lady Skyler had such a good vibe to her who went above and beyond explaining the features and long story short, I walked out with a massager. So pleased with the stores service. Harvey Norman know what's up.

I love Harvey, the auburn shop. I was with them for years. they do price matching, if not, they would give a best possible price for electrical products, I ended up buying them in most cases.For the past week, I can’t say this one is the same. The lowest this one can do is the Harvey website price . while in the same mall others can deliver.Have to say the vibe is definitely Harvey, that is the two stars.and I am not sure that alone could do the job
