Have been doing business with the Armidale Post office for many years now and the service is great. Have also organised passports through their service and they were done in a timely manner. As someone who posts and receives packages regularly, I have many positive experiences with the staff. Thank you for continuing to give us good service during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Was told to go back to Sydney to return my unopened pack of 100 envelopes which were recently purchased from a company store in original condition with receipt because their stock levels would be out by 1 and they will questioned as to why are they serious? What a horrible thing to hear from a company that owns the national delivery service its like they’re stuck in 1898 probably when the branch opened I get better service from Woolworths who probably aren’t paid nearly as much as these neanderthals never in a million years would I think of treating one of my customers in that way I’ve moved on to give good service it’s about time they did also

Parcel was delivered to Armidale on Thurs 25th July, here it is Friday 2nd August and it still has not been delivered, don't you love EXPRESS POST !!! Tracked it through AUS POST and all they can tell me is it is in transit""

Appalling customer service. I have now had an important parcel returned to sender twice because the suburb was written as Armidale" instead of "Castle Doyle". Was otherwise addressed correctly

The postman at Beardy st when delivering package will look up the address as Unit 5 and drop it at unit 5 failing to read that there are many unit 5 ‘ s in Armidale. I have my parcels sent it to the next group of units many a times. The guy who lives there will open up my packages and return at my post opened. Australia post please employ people who can read the entire address. Thank you.

Very impressive building for Post Office and very happy with the staff who took care us. She is very polite and helpful. Plus, there are many good prices items and toys to shop there as well... We end up with 2 big bags, in stead of just a candle.

Great staff friendly and very helpful. Knowledgeable on their services and stock.Great range of non traditional post office items such as cooking portable appliance sewing machine books also stationary printers inks etc.Easy to move around in what is one of Armidale's best kept historical buildingsLocated right in the centre of the city with the mall and stage out the front. Posting boxes out the front.

Bad service. The lady at front desk is rude and arrogant. She just left me there without saying anything and went to serve the gentleman after me.
