I ordered a replacement kocom exterior video phone unit from this company to replace the exterior unit at my house which had failed. The unit was delivered however the man who turned up was unable to install it. I was surprised by this.A couple of weekends later I attempted to install the unit myself and was able to get it connected correctly. I have no experience or background in this type of work. The fact that I was able to do this when the trained Select Security employee was unsuccessful is surprising.

Had a security system relocated and re installed. Added extra wireless detectors due to bigger home. Alan's attention to detail, cleanliness, and work ethic is outstanding.Great follow up service as well. I would highly recommend Select Security to anyone.
