After recently having a solar package installed by Chris Elec Solar, we experienced an electrical issue.Turned our that the electrical issue wasnt related to the install BUT Chris Elect Solar's electrician fixed the issue with NO charge to us.Rose & Mike Orrock

I asked for a representative to come and inspect my property and have a look at my last power billAs agreed, Shane arrived on time and after a thorough inspection of my house and studying my last power account, he suggested that I don't use enough electricity to warrant the initial outlay.I found Shane to be very competent and friendly and above all, his honesty is rare these days but admirable.I will defiantly be promoting this company to any of my friends who may be interested in Solo panels in the future

My AGL app says I have a solar problem and it’s not been looked at for a couple of weeks. Hard to talk to some one in the office, answer phone most time. Not really happy

Recently my wife and I had solar installed by this firm and overall we were going to highly recommend them but unfortunately we can't. Nathan (Sales Consultant) was very professional and went over and above his position to help with the process. Organising the installation of solar was great. When it came to the actual installation well the installer's would never arrive on time and they always finished early claiming they had distance to travel to get home. Communication from certain office staff was below satisfactory. Overall the system is doing what is too do and that is too save us paying high electricity bills.

Entered a contract in May and paid upfront for discount and priority. System never completed. They changed name to AUS Renewables which confused the situation. Received full refund over instalments five months later. A very poor experience.

Had a fan failure code come up on my inverter the day after install, Chris elec did a sensational job, and returned strait away to repair it! I’m extra OCD and I noticed they took the time to make the panels sit perfectly on the roof and asked me exactly what I wanted.Great experience from sale to install & repairThanks heaps :)
