Maybe I went on a bad day! Called the store to ask about a particular range of orthotic footwear. Asked if there was much of a range in my size as I had to drive 30 mins to get there. Was told on the phone Yes we have heaps!" When I get there the girl was very unpleasant and made it super clear that she really couldn't be bothered helping me. There was probably 1 or 2 styles in my size at the most but that was only half of my issue. The worst was the attitude. I hope the other person in the store wasnt the manager as I am a retail manager and if my staff gave a customer the attitude I received

Not a cheap shop they have uptodate equipment to measure your feet not all trainers were available in my size. They sell sports socks

Absolutely fantastic service by the team. Went in a couple of weeks before Christmas to try and find what are becoming a very difficult pair of shoes to source. I was put on a waiting list. Over the next week or so I was called by Andrew keeping me informed on how the order was going. It seemed that I might not get a pair. However, just before Christmas I received the call to say they had sourced a pair for me and they were ready for pick. The level of service I received throughout was top notch.

The staff were very helpful and assisted me over multiple days going above normal customer service levels. Shop is very modern and has technology that allows each customer to have custom footwear measurements and analysis done. Would definitely recommend visiting.

Westlakes store are very professional and helped me with an issue straight away. I had been waiting several months for another store that I had returned a faulty pair of shoes that I purchased. I was told the shoes had to go back to the company to be assessed. I had made several phone calls and was told I had to wait. Westlakes store offered me a refund or exchange with in minutes. I highly recomend this store .
