The service and assistance provided was outstanding! Although The Love Alchemy is based in WA and I am in NSW, I would return my custom anytime. Although one of the items was out of stock, Giusella provided information and updates and I had my items within 2 weeks and they were perfect (including the chocolate!) I cannot recommend this business highly enough.
