The experience of shopping was made an enjoyable outing when we set ourselves the task of searching for a new mattress. Our first and only stop was at King Beds Stafford, where we encountered the salesperson and owner Chris and like a doorman at a 5 Star hotel, ushered us in and immediately made us feel welcome.The product knowledge and sales expertise was brilliant as Chris took us on the journey of discovering for us the perfect mattress.Chris and fellow business partner Lisa made the experience so enjoyable that we very quickly made up our minds and did not bother going else where. From start to finish which ended with the mattress delivered yesterday the experience was fantastic.Do yourself a favour and reduce the potential of tiring out feet and enthusiasm and just go to King Beds Stafford.

Excellent Service. Buying a mattress, or at least choosing the right one can be a little difficult and we needed it custom made to fit the bed. Chris and Lisa made the process seamless! Chris turned up on time to measure up, his knowledge and friendly nature made the whole experience enjoyable. Timeline and delivery were all as promised and well communicated. Great customer service and local. I wouldn't hesitate in calling Lisa and Chris in the future.

After shopping around every single mattress retailer in Brisbane I found these guys at Stafford. It was very refreshing to find sales people that really cared and had the knowledge to answer all of my questions. I was also impressed by the fact that all of their products are manufactured locally. I purchased an Ortholuxe mattress which was equivalent to the most expensive mattresses that I could find in the other retailers, for half the price! Mattress was delivered and setup well within 2 weeks from purchase. And I noticed a massive improvement in my sleep and well-being within 2 days! Highly recommended.

Finally a mattress specialist with expertise in back pain management. I was offered real advice and other tips to improve the quality of sleep. I brought the second most expensive mattress as it felt right for me. No regrets, it's good quality and, I am supported. No mattress can cure back pain but I can now lay down without sharp pains and instant aches. They are deep mattresses so your fitted sheets may not fit. Go in and talk to the owner and you'll see the difference and know you are in the right place to upgrade your mattress.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS.I have refrained from leaving a negative review for Bed Kings for a long time. Lisa and Chris were extremely helpful when purchasing the mattress and were very eager to upsell, also passing on their details and being overly forward to my OT about why they are the best company to purchase from. That is where the positivity ends.My mattress has given way in the centre under a year and it took an unreasonable amount of requests before I could get anyone out to assess and repair my mattress - meanwhile I was suffering excessive pain due to my spinal and orthopaedic issues (the reason I needed a specialised mattress).I have now had a plug come out which stops the bed frame from working. Myself and my support coordinator have tried contacting both Lisa and Chris for 14 days now, we've made contact upwards of 15 times just to try and get a service call out. Our messages are either ignored or responded to in a rude and aggressive manner. 10 days ago Chris requested I text him my address and he'd be out within 24hrs. I immediately did so and had no reply and suprise, no call out. We were then informed yesterday that immediate service payment was required before an appointment time would be given. I was obviously reluctant to do this seeing as they are unreliable.So not only is communication poor, they demand payment prior to actually coming out. This is in contrast to what NDIS actually allows.I literally just need assistance to put a plug back in that I can't do due to my disability. This company should NOT be a Registered NDIS Provider. They are rude, and completely inept when it comes to communication and assistance, however; will happily upsell you their products.Do not use them.

The best thing we did was buy a new mattress from Bed Kings. We shopped around and compared costs and comfort level. We are so happy we bought from Bed Kings. We are both sleeping so well and neither of us waking with any aches or pains (as we were previously). We have more energy everyday. The after care service we have received as been amazing.

I recently bought the Ortholuxe mattress (King - medium firm) from Bedkings. It is absolutely amazing! I get excited at the prospect of hopping into bed at night and I have never slept as well as I do now. The sales people at Bedkings are so knowledgeable and gave me the best advice I could have had. Also, thanks to Chris for delivering to the Gold Coast and assembling. Would highly recommend Bedkings if you need a new bed. A great selection of mattresses and bases.

Nothing but positive things to say about Chris, the team at bed kings and the mattress we purchased. The information provided about the product was transparent and very informative, we knew exactly what we were buying from this experience. Delivery of the mattress was on schedule and we were leased a base to cover the time between bed bases for no extra cost. The mattress itself has been very comfortable it does take about a month to break the mattress in but zero complaints as good as advertised.

Chris and Lisa are absolutely amazing, helpful and so kind. They go above and beyond for their customers and truly care about the quality of sleep people are receiving. The quality and comfort of the beds are well worth the investment. I’m looking forward to waking up with energy and no back pain! Truly a life changing investment!Thank you so much Lisa & Chris!

Recently decided to invest some money into a very good bed. I no longer could deal with the thin low quality beds on the market that didn't cater to a larger person. I really required something to support my back and body. I also didn't want to purchase some mass produced cheap 'bed in a box' solution, so I decided it was time to invest in me, and my sleep.After researching we came across the team at Bed Kings Stafford and purchased an ortholuxe plush king size mattress. The sales team threw in a free base which was awesome also. The bed has the most innovative spring system technology, and more importantly it was Australian made (which personally was important for me to support our local economy during these hard economic times with covid).The bed was delivered on time and on schedule and unfortunately would not fit up our narrow apartment staircase. The following morning, without any hesitation the owner and the sale rep came over and engineered a solution to get the bed issue resolved.Really very thankful for the whole experience of dealing with Bed Kings Stafford from start to finish. Highly recommend. They are experts in the bed game and when it comes to selecting the perfect bed tailored to your needs - then go and see them. You will be just as impressed as we were.
