Delicious bread and snack items. The five stars really go to the staff though. They are always so friendly. They literally make my day better. The young woman with the dyed hair...so friendly and kind! I love my experiences here, each time.

The staff were really cheerful and welcoming and made a simple purchase in to a great retail experience. I will definitely be telling my colleagues to be sure to shop here.Sophie and Elise were very fast and friendly.The store was also beautifully presented. 10/10 will go back. ^_^

Lovely staff, they always keep smiling. Good croissants and bread. Try their blueberry scone they are delicious. Grab a merlo coffee nearby to have a nice experience along with the scone. This shop is located inside the Toowong village shopping centre and there is a food court nearby.

The service is great and generally the product is good, but they definitely need to put more fruit in the fruit and cinnamon loaf. People don’t just want a white loaf with cinnamon sugar on it - they want the fruit guys! You are lucky to find 5 pieces of fruit per slice.

Experienced something really unpleasant with this Toowong store. While I was there for my turn to pick up a sandwich loaf, I have noticed that one operator was using her bare hands in to buckets/ containers of fresh produce and cheese and sprinkle them with her bare hands into a pizza/s that she was making on the kitchen table. I was shocked to see that in food industry, especially with what we are going though in this pandemic situation. When I question about it from another operator at the front she wouldn't seem to care much. This has happened Monday 22nd March 2021 around 5 p.m.. owners of the business, if your staff need more training please provide them. And stuff, please hove bit of common sense as business owner/s can't teach you everything by books.Even when I have to buy a loaf of bread from this place in future, I would think twice about the hygiene and contamination of food. Very disappointed.

Bakers' Delight Toowong is an awesome bakery. The bread is well-priced and top quality and the staff are amazing. They always greet me nicely, even when its very busy and make me feel very welcome at the store.

Absolutely disappointed with the scones here. Normally I've love buying scones from Bakers Delight, but the pack of four they served me were irregular in size, much smaller and all the ends of the rows from the baking, and tasted very floury. On top of this they still charged full price.

Have always received great quality products from the “Bakers Delight”. The staff are also very helpful, polite and friendly. In addition, they are listed on the entertainment book, for which if you are a member, you can get a second loaf of bread for free. Only if they could also offer “rye bread”, all the expectations would be fulfilled.

the vegan sausage rolls are really dry and just not edible.And I'm not picky, seriously very forgiving when it comes to vegan goods since we don't have many options.But it was seriously bad.
