We had a significant leak in our pool that I spent several days trying to find and assess by myself unsuccessfully.I called in Pearl Pools who were able to diagnose and find the leak in a few hours. The leak was due to damaged pipes in a difficult to access location with our pool that would have involved significant damage to concrete, walls and tiling.Alberto from Pearl Pools was able to propose several innovative solutions to repairing the leak and fully explained to us the benefits and consequences of each approach.The option we selected was one that Pearl Pools were able to implement with no damage to existing pool structures (tiling etc.) that we were very happy with. This option resulted in better flow with our pool and more effective use of the skimmer boxes for picking up leaves etc. The solution is also more maintainable than the originally installed plumbing in case we ever have issues in the future.I highly recommend Pearl Pools.- They are a family owned and run business.- From first call to job completion was just over a week for what was a complex repair.- Very responsive and arrived when they said they would- Very honest and fully explain to you options for repairs- Alberto his father and brother not only repaired our leak but left the pool with a better designed water flow system than what was originally installed- We are very happy with the result

Pearl Pools is really professional and honest with a good range of pricing in the market, they did an excellent job with replacing my whole filter and chlorinator unit for my pool. I definitely recommend to others if you like honest and experienced work
