Kresta Awnings Blinds Curtains Shutters Aspley

Was told 6-8 weeks it’s been over 12 and no sight of my bedroom curtains. No updates unless I contacted the showroom, and vague explanations for non delivery. Very poor customer experience. When they did finally call to book installation, was told I had to pay total amount. Installation day came, no one turned up. When I rang they told me the curtains had been damaged!! What a complete joke.

Very bad experience with Kresta! It took more than 8 weeks to get my blinds and curtains, and on the installation day, I find out that it’s not even complete order. They missed 3 blinds, in which one was measured incorrectly according to the fitting guy. After the partial installation of my blinds, Kresta didn’t even bother to follow up on my missing blinds.I waited very patiently for 2 weeks, but still no call. So I gave a call to Kresta to find out what’s actually going on, then they blame the factory for missing them.I had very high expectations from Kresta, but sadly it didn’t meet my expectations.However, I must say the quality of the products are good. I think it’s the overall experience of waiting and not being followed up as if they don’t care is very frustrating and disappointing.

Do not go with these people! I ordered a panel blind which they said would take 6-8 weeks. The blind ended being sent to Singapore and took roughly double the amount of time (14 weeks) before installation. Shortly after I placed the order for the panel blind I got the house quoted up for shutter blinds. Kresta had to come back not once, but twice to measure up, this time blaming the manufacture. After the 12-14 week wait time for the shutters they couldn't get anyone in to install them for an additional 3 weeks. Then cancelled on the morning of the installation (today) after I had already moved all the furniture. I would give them a zero star rating if it was possible

Left this review late to really make sure I was giving an authentic review after using my curtains for 6 months now. From the beginning to the end; I received impeccable customer service from booking, sales and installation. Punctual, friendly, personalize and most importantly well priced and quality product! I have already recommended Kresta to people in my building and friends who have complimented me on my awesome automated black out blinds.

I was extremely disappointed with your block-out lining as it doesn't withstand strong sunlight rays. Sadly it deteriorates after 2.5 years with small pitted holes; therefore I wouldn't recommend buying Kresta's block- out lining. The Sales Rep was shocked at the deteriorated condition & thought the lining should be replaced free of charge. However, your Customer Service Officer stated as its no longer under their 2 year warranty period it cannot be replaced free of cost which is shocking considering the high cost of your materials. Was quoted $967 to replace the lining in my bedroom which I find extremely exhortation as it barely last 3 years. A warning to all to look elsewhere for curtains.

I have found my experience with Kresta so far has been completely unacceptable. Like many others on here, I was told 6-8 weeks for my custom blinds to be made and installed. I thought this was reasonable. At the time of writing, it has been 12 weeks and still no sight of my blinds. The only time I have recieved updates about my blinds, is when I have called or e-mailed for updates. I have never once recieved an apology about the increased wait time, and continuously get vague excuses as to why it is longer than expected, with no real solid date or timeframe moving forward. Except for the fact that I have already paid a deposit with Kresta, I would go to another company. Certainly, not impressed at all!!!

Sadly I haven’t had a great experience with Kresta. The salesman was great but everything after that service wise just went from bad to worse with 5 hour window booking times not being adhered too, then one unprofessional installer who didn’t have the right tools (how is that possible?!) then no one knowing what was going on to rebook. I expressed my dissatisfaction and no one really cared. No follow up call from a manager either. By the time the curtains were installed I was well and truly over it. Thankfully that installer is experienced and lovely but I will never use Kresta again which is a shame.

Today was the second time i’ve used Kresta Aspley for curtains in my house. The first experience was pleasant and the product is excellent. Again today Sales Representative Emilian provided fantastic, polite service and was able to answer any question I had about the product I was ordering. Thank you Emilian and thank you Kresta!

I had a long awning put in and it did not work going in and out making noises the motor was faulty. They were also late the first time to install. Then the second time around they called and said they could not come as have no parts. I said I have been waiting and u have wasted my time and money I had to be at home. I called again today and no parts in yet either. They also had to get a wooden bulk head after to put the awning in. I don’t think they have any time management skills or experience in customer service. So here I am motor making noises as it closes and opens. Lost wages for the day.
